Makes sense - I'm still getting a handle on how contracts work and such. Only been around a few weeks. The pay some players were getting felt wonky.
I guess that would make the sweetspot the value you could get the QB at closest to $4 million then - so if the minimum is $5 million then thats still better than paying any more because the steps in pay don't necessarily correlate equivalently with more production/the production you do get doesn't always equal wins.
