For me as a person, cancelling the NSFL or DSFL season would deprive me of one of the few forms of entertainment I currently have, so I would have to find several hours’ worth of something else (most certainly more productive) to do. For Kichwa Jones, a lost season wouldn’t be too big of an issue for him except for the fact he would not be able to play the sport he loves for a couple weeks. Since he was already paid by GM Gucci at the beginning of the year, money really wouldn’t be much of a factor either. I think the cancellation of the season would only matter if it didn’t count as a full season and thus, Kichwa would not be eligible for NSFL draft. If this were the case, I would also hope the previous season would not be factored into when regression begins. In order to pass the time, I’m sure certain members of the Dallas Birddogs organization would continue their work on multiple statistical analyses and would perhaps start up a new league: the NSNSFL; a simulation of the National Simulation Football League. This would allow us all to participate in the sport we love while also allowing us to maintain a safe social distance and not leave our houses to the terrifying world that lies outside.
