(S21) - PT3 - Quarantine

With all major sports leagues either cancelled or on the brink of cancellation, the NSFL and DSFL have remained adamant in their disregard for both their players safety, and the safety of the greater population. While it makes sense to close the league until further notice, if this were to go ahead I'd be on the first flight home to Australia. I've got family and friends there and I'd prefer to be home with my support system than in a foreign country taking very little action to prevent more serious outcomes.

If I were to need to fly home, I'd have to spend at least 14 days on isolation to ensure my friends and family weren't exposed. During that two week period I would spend most of the time working on my property. While I've been overseas on my grind, my sister was looking after the land and it's fallen into a state of disrepair. All of the lawns need attention, some have grown nearly hip high, the gardens need to be weeded and everything has at least an inch of dust on it.

Fortunately during the isolation period I'll enjoy the company of my cats and dog, as they're not affected by the virus. While it will be hard being away from my teammates for so long, we've organised backup plans for at-home training, and fortunately I have all the land and equipment to meet the needs of that program.
