Can you really consider a team having a "win now" mentality when it doesn't like, win?
It's been a lot of misguided hope and ineptitude along the way. It's a hell of a hole to dig out of.
Honestly? Scorched Earth is the way to go. Burn it down, start from scratch. I'd move the team and put a fresh coat of paint on it to get rid of the demons of the last few seasons and make it a more attractive destination.
Sell whatever isn't nailed down for draft picks, start building an entirely new culture, and consider yourself the 3rd expansion team coming into S22. Create a new culture, get people who are on board with growing together, and be okay with losing for a couple of seasons. It'll make the wins all that sweeter.
Or, keep selling your prime picks that could be franchise players chasing a dream that realistically only makes you the 4th best team in your division as opposed to the 5th.
But, what the fuck do i know about building a team?
