Maybe what i proposed isn't the best sports logo, and I'll admit, I didn't know shit about Chicago's butchering industry. For that, I overstep. I never meant to come off as the logo had no ties to the city. I felt I never really came up to that line of thinking. However, I don't find it disingenuous that I associated the branding with violence. It clearly wants me to by the logo.
I don't think you were being disingenuous. I do think that your criticism of their logo is not a view that's well shared in the community though, so I can see why you got some push back. In the meantime I'd say the logo is the last thing the Butchers HO is thinking about right now. For what its worth, I find it nice that we have a staple American city as one of our Football organizations, with Franchises in Yellowknife, Honolulu and London, I'm all for a true to life football city in our sim. In fact, this franchise is probably the most realistic franchise when you consider their NFL counterpart and the mess they are in lol
