(S21) - PT3 - Quarantine

If this DSFL season came to a screeching halt due to COVID-19, Acura Skyline would be devastated. His obsession with becoming physically large, thick, and vascular, would be heavily hampered by a lack of open gyms. Obviously that would be priority number one, developing an at-home gym, inspired by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, in order to properly care for his chiseled and heavily curated physique. Priority number two: figure out how to pass the time. A professional athlete’s life is filled with bursts of frenzied activity and long periods of empty down time. A COVID-19 lockdown would further extend those empty periods. Skyline loves to learn about the world, and would probably end up binge watching the latest sensation: Tiger King. After learning about the incredible Joe Exotic, the polygamous cult leader Doc Antle, and that b**** down in Florida Carol Baskin (who definitely killed her husband and fed him to the tigers), Skyline’s jaw would be on the floor, and he would have to rewatch. At around the third or fourth rewatch, Skyline would attempt to DIY Joe Exotic’s bleached mullet. Around the sixth rewatch Skyline would begin considering getting himself a pet cat and naming it “Carol Baskin”. And then, on the tenth rewatch, Skyline would undoubtedly decide to purchase a tiger. However, he would likely be talked out of it quickly enough, but the need for a big cat would never leave him. We should all hope that this timeline never matures.
