Just about this specifically: When we spoke to the candidates again, everyone that we ended up putting on the ballot had specific concrete plans and a fairly solid knowledge of the team and its issues. That, combined with their much greater experience (I think the person with the least experience in this league has still been around for like, more than a year and a half), we feel much more confident in each of the candidates we've selected for our ballot.

EDIT: The person I was talking about has only been around for a year, but that's only a year. And much of that time has been as an NSFL GM. We wanted that much experience.

You're joking right? Laser is one of the best GMs out there and he hasn't been around for a year. Are you even thinking about what you're saying before you hit the "Add Reply" button..? Myrtle Beach's Co has been absolutely fantastic and he's also only been around for...5 months?

Sure experience helps but there's a point at which more experience doesn't affect anything. A year is more than enough experience lol. If you want to be biased, go for it, just do a better job of covering it up, k thx
