Fwiw it's no secret that NOLA has GM'd by committee since I was drafted. I think it's the best system, and we don't make moves unless everyone in the war room is on board. Getting as many voices as possible to weigh in is great.

on the other hand i essentially gm'd colorado by committee and that didn't go super well for about 7 seasons

But, as evidenced by us, you can do that with a competent GM at the helm.
