I’m honestly having a hard time coming down on HO here. Could they have forced Jiggly out and put the candidate in? Maybe. But Jiggly put HO in a position where they couldn’t reasonably do it because he got Chicago to reject the candidate (admittedly without valid reason). At that point forcing the issue puts the candidate in charge of a team that has decided they don’t want them. Which would be fucking awful.

It’s not the teams job to vote in a GM. They only rejected them because they were given the time and the choice to do so. If HO just installs a GM, as they should, there’s not the time or opportunity to convince a team that someone isn’t the right choice before they can even get chance.
