It’s not the teams job to vote in a GM. They only rejected them because they were given the time and the choice to do so. If HO just installs a GM, as they should, there’s not the time or opportunity to convince a team that someone isn’t the right choice before they can even get chance.

It's a fine line. If we had forced in a GM and a bunch of Chicago users quit because they didn't like the choice, it would cripple the team even worse. I'm 100% certain people would be in here complaining that we overstepped in that scenario.
