If the departing GM doesn’t leave a recommendation for a replacement, it’s up to HO to replace them. The team doesn’t really get a say. If you want to be part of the process, be a candidate.
Also how is Oles an interim GM & so involved in the process without even being on the team...? Like he’s a DSFL rookie, weren’t Chicago concerned earlier how that was against the rules?
