Thanks for the info. if you mostly played him at WR though, then he belongs in the WR category. Otherwise I will move him across to the TEs

He only played WR in one formation. Any level of snaps on the outside means we had to make him a WR or FB in the sim so he doesn't break the game. I'd assume that's why Heath Evans and a few other FBs are listed as FBs. Because they play WR as well. I'm almost 100% sure Phillips will be in the TE category for voting purposes.

Also I know Haugland lines up at WR almost exclusively for Norfolk.
