12) Pay It Forward
There are a few people in this league that I look up to from back when I first joined almost a year ago. It is crazy to think that I’m coming up on a year in the league and that there are just a handful of people that have helped me along the way. One of those major helpers in the league has been @Frick_Nasty , who was my first NSFL GM and has shown me a great deal of positives with sticking through the tough times. My first two seasons with the Yeti were tough and not exactly the best things to go through after making it to the DSFL playoffs just the season before. However, during those times, Frick always wanted us to know that things were going to get better and would hype up even my measly games and low TPE. Eventually we managed to turn things around and I have taken what I learned from Frick as a GM in order to use that for my own GMing. There have definitely been some low points in my first season as a GM and some personal challenges have gotten in the way, but I just keep trying to think back to the times that I was in a much worse spot in the league and that Frick still wanted ol’ Joshua Palmer and Armor King to be the best.
