The Good

I’m giving this one to the Pythons on almost the same basis that I gave receivers to the Coyotes. While The Luchadores and Buccaneers were also able to snag one good offensive lineman each, the Pythons grabbed three of them.
The Bad
Everyone that I didn’t mention in “The Good”
I’m going to again more or less repeat what I said in the tight end section. Offensive Line was an extremely shallow position, and there just wasn’t even guys that everyone could get one. I suppose you could call the Pythons’ Fernando Cruz a bust given he was taken just three picks after Calvin Golladay, but at that point in the draft you probably just had your fingers crossed while drafting at this position.

The Good

How could I not give the best defensive tackle draft to the team that drafted the king himself, Phat Boi. The current TPE leader of all S22 rookies, Phat Boi was about as sure of a thing as you can expect to get in this league. On top of that though, the Coyotes were able to get some decent value out of Nuniq Annastesia at pick 109. While 159 TPE doesn’t put him as a leader at his position, it’s a respectable amount earned. It doesn’t beat the value Dallas got out of Big Edd at number 155 though. Earning 190 TPE over the season Big Edd proved to be a big steal at a fairly shallow position. On top of that, Dallas was able to grab another top earning DT at pick 26 with Deshun Jones.
The Bad

The Royals royally botched it here (I’ve been waiting to use that one). They spent two of their top 100 picks on DT only for one to not break 100 TPE and the other to only just break it at 106 TPE. At this position instead, Hank Steel, Nuniq Annastesia, and Big Edd were all available and would have been better value than what they ended up getting.

The Good

London made up for a not so stellar DT draft with a much better DE draft. They were able to grab the third highest DE at pick 34 in Sandro Ryeu, then later got decent value out of Simeon Works with 147 TPE at pick 114. Honorable mentions go to the Coyotes for also getting good value out of Patrik Money at 85 and Ismael Sanchez at 61.
The Bad

The Minnesota Grey Ducks spent 4 picks out the first 110 picks on the DE position and failed to hit on a single one of them. Of those 4, Mario VonPebbles earned the most at 134 which is still a bit on the low end. The other three defensive ends taken by the Grey Ducks did not even break the 100 TPE mark. They took a shotgun approach to drafting this position, and only barely grazed their target.
