2 people have retired from that, and 3 people lost their pay for next season. That is change, but it's change that will cause reaction. There is continuous drama between the player base and the HO. And the punishment is not a slap on the wrist. Jeff worked his ass off to build the LR and he got a 2 season GM ban. You just don't want to reassess stuff if you will have to reduce punishments. But whatever, "heck HO" will be a catchphrase for a long while it seems.
