Rules That Need Fixing

That is exactly what I mean though. In regards to harassment investigations and punishment statements from HO, they have referred to this "rule" and recommend users to refer to this as well when discussing their policy on harassment/bullying. So, this either needs to be officially added to the rulebook, or HO should stop using it as reference for their punishments. The fact alone that so many people think it's an official rule is worrisome itself.

The fact that you're WORRIED that people think the "Don't be a dick rule" is an actual rule is alarming in itself. Why is it a bad thing if people think they shouldn't act like a dick? Isn't this a rule we should all strive to operate by whenever possible?
