Rules That Need Fixing

I have no dog in this fight, but how would something be a violation if it technically doesn’t break any rules? I think it would just be easier if the “don’t be a dick” rule was elaborated upon further (in regards to what would constitute as a violation of the rule) and actually amended to the rulebook so that it can actually be fairly used in punishment statements without causing controversy.

The issue I foresee here is that any application of this idea would basically create an open ended power to decide that in an official way. People would not be happy with that shit.
