Written: What moves could your team make to improve for the next year, be it in free agency, keeping players, the draft, etc. (Please be careful to avoid tampering.)

We could probably use the #1OA pick that we traded for to pickup a guy who would be a franchise player for us, that would be a good start for you big brain guys. We literally never get anybody in free agency because people either arent fuckin bothered to move on from the original team since theres no incentive to beyond NSFL fun bux and you can just fucking word vomit for that. So basically there's never a reason to even contact free agents since about 70% of the time they're either fake free agents gauging the market for their current teams benefit or low tpe inactives that don't really do anybody much good.
So beyond the human minefield that is the draft and outright avoiding cunts in the draft, we didn't get shafted by the expansion draft too badly and nobody has jumped ship since Ashley Owens left us. Beyond that there's not much more you can do bar putting out fires and just earning TPE really. Everything else after that is pretty much the same, make some trades, submit some rules that wont get passed, wait for the inevitable drama to happen somewhere else around the league and then ride the salt wagon in the comments. Same old, same old.

The biggest rivalry that we and I as an extension, being a member of the Austin Copperheads have is clearly the simmer team. Every year we've been mugged about by them, whether its exp's all wrong, weights on OL all wrong, teams using illegal DC's like OCO against us last year, all wrong all wrong all fucking wrong.
We're hoping that this year is the one that bucks the trend and we dont have any cockups on our team again but the rivalry always exists, simmer team members come and go but the rivalry is always there and year on year it becomes saltier. We have the preseason for the distinct reason of avoiding these dumb as fuck errors but the rivalry persists, and what is a rivalry if not an unlimited salt fest for the masses. This rivalry is unique in that we don't want our rivals to lose, to suffer or even leave. We just want them to leave us alone and to do their jobs without cocking up.
I believe that this year will be the last of our rivalry before it moves onto somebody else but then again we've been rivals every single year since S16 so this makes it year 7 of this hotly contested simmer cockwangcocksucking fuckup rivalry, but I wouldn't trade it for the world.
19) Team Culture
Written: What is it about your team’s culture and/or locker room that makes you happy to be there? If there are any problems, what do you think should be done to improve them?
I think being real about if, for a start don't let your LR's leader be a guy who will wake up one morning and cry about the color of the sky because it's raining out or his favourite anime waifu broke up with her 2d boyfriend (or got back together with her animated spouse/w/e the angle). You can't afford to fill your team with guys whos personalities clash with the ones you've already got there. Your LR "culture" is created by the guys on your team, it's a pool created from your pool of personalities. You can have one, maybe two dicks in your locker room provided they arent causing internal grief, but what you can really never has is a guy who outright weirds out his/her teammates with their antics. I'm not talking memes or being a smol brain like me or butters, like genuine weirdness/cringe shit. People don't take to that well unless the LR is full of people from that domain.
You make trades if you fucked up and move the bad people out of your environment into other teams LR's , thats their problem now. Theres going to be guys who are problems externally and internally, you can deal with the external guys like me. You can't deal with the internal guys who rob people on your team the wrong way, they're too integral. If you're a GM, nut up and make some moves and avoid the human minefield that is the NSFL Draft.
20) Nostalgia
Written: What is your happiest memory in this league?
I think for me my favourite moment that was not one of those while being apart of the original HO team with dwyer, bayley, slm, & AP would have to be when we finally won the ultimus way back in S8 with the Yellowknife Wraiths.
For those not aware we got shafted a fairly decent amount of the time, including the previous Super Bowl where we lost in the first game of the playoffs despite having the best regular season record and home field advantage throughout should we have progressed further into the playoffs. We had an insanely stacked team and still fucked it up in the playoffs in S7 to the Liberty who actually went on to win it all as the biggest underdogs in NSFL history.
So for S8 what did we do? We traded pretty much most of our future assets to acquire the rotting corpses of that S7 team who were in regression in order to re-tool and try to re-establish ourselves in the playoffs and by god we finally did it. We won the Ultimus for the first time in our history using the rejects from that Philly team and everybody who was incredibly old and bitter from our many many playoff defeats prior, a real rags to riches story. Either that or Jiggly's baby rage from the site where I established myself as untouchable in the eyes of the NSFL Law, in fact one could argue that I truly am the superior being in the NSFL. Almost a deity of sorts.
