A marketing agent with the Adidas company reached out to Braxton Sinclair this week in order to brand his name onto a new line of clothing. Braxy was more than willing to oblige, he knew the company's renown would boost him onto the center stage. The clothing line would consist of gym shorts with a modern hexagonal design and color in his alma mater's colors(purple and gold), and long sleeved tees with a more basic design displaying his jersey number. A portion of the revenue will be going to a charity of Braxton's choice of charity to help future hurricane victims in a relief fund available to those who qualify. He hopes to provide a good example of how ethically cooperate with brand deals and not sell out to keep a balanced perspective on a future career and always remember his roots. One day Braxton hopes to make a shoe deal, the grail of superstar branding. The new line will be hitting stores in the coming months hyping this young star for the upcoming draft. When asked on his thoughts of Adidas, Braxton said this, " It's a brand I've always thought was slick looking while being comfortable on a hot Louisiana day."
Scouting Report
Braxton Sinclair is a hopeful Defensive Tackle in this year's upcoming draft. He has proven to be quite the formidable run stuffer in Louisiana State Tigers, his home state. A staple on his team and well respected by his fellow teammates, Braxton made strong bonds and few rivalries creating the image of an honorable football athlete. His stats were on par for most games but there were those where he was truly able to shine under the odds and pressure of being on the gridiron. This young man shows promise and consistency, attributes no mere freshman can attain on day one or lackluster fade away trying to make the best of a scholarship. Braxton, known by his team as 'Big Boy Brax,' has a passion for the game he plays and has been quoted saying "It's what I do best." I would have to stake this player for his ability to cooperate and show up with an eagerness to be and do the best he can each game. Coaches rely on him to keep calm to set a standard for other defensive positions to follow suit and when a runner tries to pass him by he has the experience to snuff out those plays before an offense can make a dent in rushing yards.
Pay it Forward
Tychondrius Hood is player I want to commend on his abilities to play the game and was always a challenge for our defense whenever we would meet in the regular season. Somebody our cornerbacks or safety would have trouble predicting and keeping up with. I'm sure he will become a valuable asset to whichever team he gets drafted into and flourish in his path to become a great receiver. As a fellow gatorade drinker I can say that his commercial with him was quite impressive and a good showing of how he can handle market pressure as well what comes with being a star player. It is a long way to the top but Tychondrius is sure to make it there, coming from one of the hottest states and able to keep his cool. His stats aren't anything to sneeze at and the amount of yards he can add to a record keeps blowing my mind. I sure hope we can end up on a team one day because I wouldn't want to see him scoring touchdowns against my boys out on the field. When it's all said and done though I'm sure he's a humble guy and willing to lend a hand to those on the bench, giving out pointers to those that could use it. Tychondrius, I think will go down as a good leader, as well as potential record holder.
Next Year
This upcoming season will be a true test of grit and seizing opportunities. If I'm selected this draft, those opportunities will be achievable through a strong defense that I'll help provide. I'll do my duty to prevent those rush yards from increasing. Keeping my physique at a peak level I can prevent a rusher from slipping through our line's grasp. Not only can I be someone to keep the offense at bay, I'm a team player who can communicate well with the rest of the squad. Defense may be my best attribute but working to keep a balanced synergy with the whole team is what I strive to do, following coach's advice and keeping the status quo. The absolute standard I try to keep is a tenacious energy and a keen eye on where exactly I need to move myself to in order to tackle the ball carrier or help stuff a breach point. The amount of times I've fulfilled my role proved my ambition before and I hope to continue the trend of offensive stoppage I worked hard to maintain in my collegiate years at Louisiana state. This time after the season I hope to look back at success and pride in my efforts, any team will be glad to have a worker like myself amongst their ranks.
