Rivalry:
I think that the biggest rivalry that I have in the league right now is with my own dummy general managers on the New Orleans Second Line. I think that Zamir said it best in his post complaining about team, the New Orleans GMs do not know how to lead a team to the Ultimus, and they certainly do not know how to win it, if by some miracle they make it. Like, do they even know how to GM? I think one of the biggest example of this was last years draft. They did not even trade up to draft me?!?!??! They were just fine to sit back and watch me fall to pick number 8, when they could have picked me at number 1, like any sane person would. Also, to add insult to injury, my dummy gms did not even give me the 30m a year contract that I explicitly told them that I was going to demand before the draft. I think the biggest, hands down, reason that shows that TomHanks is not fit to be a general manager is that he beleives that a hotdog is a sandwich, even though a sandwich cleary only has 1 piece of bread, just wrapped around the meat.
Nostalgia
My happiest memory in the league is by far winning the Ultimini in s17. That was such a good year for the DSFL because it was a 6 team year and none of the teams were bot teams. Me and TH put so much work into the Luchas that year an it was really amazing to see that pay off in the big game. I was super duper nervous leading up to the game, and this was heightened because the Pythons had home field advantage so winning was defintely not going to be a walk in the park, but we got it done. In the 4th quarter it really started to seemed like the Pythons would end up winning the game. We had like a 2 point lead, but they had the ball with a good 5 minutes left, and it reaally seemed like it was destined for us to lose on a gamewinning field goal. Paco Mctaco kept running the ball for a lot of yards, and every time he did my heart dropped a little. It would be so disappoinnting to see all those hours spent on this season go to a waste. But then Junior Lopez came in and sealed the game for us with an interception.
Pay It Forward
I think that somebody that really deserves some loving in our community is Trickie. Trickie has been a staple of our community for a couple months now. I have had tons of conversations with him, and I have loved every second of it that I am speaking to him. He just has such great insights and opinions on everything and is always there to give you help if you need it. I have always been thinking to myself about new sim engines to try out for myself and for the league in general, and what do you know? Trickie knows about this new sim engine called Draft Day Sports: Pro Football. This sim really seems like something that the league could use to blow a fresh breath of air into it's lungs. To quote the man himself " I'm just what the doctor ordered for this league in advocate." And that certainly is the truth, Trickie absolutely is what the doctor prescribed to us, and we thank him every day for it. Trickie overall is a great dude, and certainly somebody that I am proud to say is my best friend, and I can only hope that he can say the same exact about me.

I think that the Norfolk Seawolves should easily win the Ultimini in the upcoming DSFL season. Now, you may be thinking to yourself, "Scorp did you not write your Ultmus Week last season on this exact topic?" And yea, but this time I really mean it. I meant it last season as a practical joke, and you seem to have fallen for it, you moron. This season we have the two best Quarterbacks in the league in Luke Skywalker and Sulieman Ramza. Some teams might just be fine with only having one elite quarterback, but not Norfolk. Norfolk goes above and beyond and gets two elite quarterbacks. And one of the quarterbacks is a Jedi. A frikin Jedi. How do you expect to be able to stop a Jedi from scoring. That is right, you can not, and you should feel ashamed of yourself just for thinking that you can. As long as our other players do not have inhibitor chips in them, I think that we should be a-ok with a Jedi leading our team. Also, a plus to Norfolk is that they are losing the worst defensive lineman in NSFL history this offseason. Some dummy GM thought it was a good idea to call that JImbo scrub up, and they will pay dearly for it.
