@AdamS hmmm this contract seems flawed, what happens if at least one member of the Second Line organization doesn't sing Tesla’s praises on a podcast? Unenforceable and therefore invalid condition imo

In that case the contract would be void. Preferably there would be a time limit on this but since they didn't list one it's clearly reasonable to give them the benefit of the doubt for the first season. If no one sings Tesla's praises within the next season, we'll consider this contract null and void.

@IsaStarcrossed and @Tesla do you agree to these addiitonal terms?
