I think maybe a fan vote would comprise half of it and then the graders can also vote and have their votes comprise half of it? Idk.

I think he had a pretty solid plan maybe? graders pick a top 3 or 5 and then the masses can pick from there? should remove the meme aspect from it at least, though bias is still a potential issue
