(S22) - PT1 - Runnin’ Down a Dream

With the DSFL preseason on the horizon, Tychondrius Hood has been working hard to get ready for the upcoming season. Recently drafted 22nd overall by the Minnesota Grey Ducks, things have been moving quickly for Hood, and he transitions from the college to developmental level.

Hood first spend time in the film room, learning how cornerbacks move in the dsfl, and how he can use his speed to beat them at this level of play. Training camp in Duluth has been going smoothly for the rookie though, as his teammates and coaches have been there to help him learn and grow to become a stronger, faster player. His recent friendly rivalry with fellow Duck wideout Kai Sakura has only intensified his passion for the game and will to get better on and off the field.

Hood hopes to win the Ultimini with his team, and feels that he has a very good chance to help them achieve that goal. He would also like to break the DSFL rookie yardage record, and possibly a POY award of some kind. Overall, his goals are to help his team win, and the stats don't really worry him too much. Hood was quoted as saying "I'd rather win and catch one pass than lose and catch ten touchdowns.".
