Hey Bex, thanks for taking the time to answer these.... I see you have a ton already, so I'll make mine brief.
Last "Head Bex" podcast you named TomHanks the Axl Rose of the NOLA Guns N' Roses cover band...
Today's question is who would play the role of Slash? Arguably a more talented musician (a top guitarist all time), but always in the shadow of Axl's persona; with the two butting heads constantly, before Slash eventually left the band, who in the NOLA locker room will be starring in this role?
Also, we pay more for written media the longer it is... Currently, podcasts are paid out at a maximum of one hour a week. I understand podcasts are easier to produce, and there for need to be capped, but couldn't we just do with them what we do with written media, but in reverse? Like if you record this podcast for 3 hours.... Why can't we pay you for the first hour as we do currently, but past an hour pay at an increasingly smaller rate. Sure it's diminishing returns at a certain point, but at least it gives people a reason to keep on with a good point if they have one.... Thoughts?
Thanks for all you do, look forward to speaking with you soon!
