Yes. Thank you! And to the 4th point, this is probably not but should be an incentive for more people to test free agency. Mad an IA on your own team or at your own position outproduced you? It's not the inactive player's fault. You should take that frustration to your GM and see what they can do to improve your situation or production. If they can't or are unwilling to, then you do have leverage.
We went through this exact thing with Dexter Banks. He liked being an Otter, but our strats aren't conducive to a ton of passing game production. We tried really hard this past season to improve his performance while still winning as much as possible and it just didn't balance out so he asked to be exposed in expansion. Had he tested FA there would have been loads of suitors willing to put him in a better position to have individual success there, too. I 100% get that decision and none of us blamed him.
