Alright y'all, let's chill out for a second. No need to get this heated over what was a really excellent starting proposal from steg.
First off:
This has very much been discussed within HO and within the Casino setup. First year casino is a beta-test meant to find problems like this - and I can definitely tell you I'm in support of having maximum bet rules and what not.
With that being said... this is basically a state-sponsored numbers game if you want to put it that way. Casino sets a line, people bet on it. There's no mandatory attendance to it, it's literally meant to make users lose money. It's a game. If you wish to not partake in it that's totally cool.
What's not cool is the behavior from both @Jangorhino and @Vorshayla. Yes I'm calling you guys out. There's no need for that on the forum. iStegosauruz presented a nice regression model he put hours of work in setting up and we're sitting here insulting each other instead of discussing the merits and issues with his proposal, and working to improve it.
I'm locking this thread.

When someone with a 300 million bet changes the landscape of a betting line it becomes unfair. Handicapping games would be a Pandora’s box situation.
