I'd also mention that "inactive" is a loose definition in this context, because a player who doesn't post on the forum for 2 weeks (which I'm told is the definition of inactive for the purpose of rules) might not actually be inactive. Seems like a weird way to determine activity when there are plenty of reasons to not update or post on the forums while still being active in other ways
