2. Does the player fit a team need, if not can he/she switch to that hole?

Conversely - as a player, how much should you value not using your single position switch at the start of your career? Especially if you aren't sure how much you're going to like a team/position the early switch seems like it might lead to you not liking things and retiring/quitting as a result.
