With all the shit the Otters won, I was wondering why they only had one number retired. Messed up my morning, man.

The Otters don't retire numbers under the belief players shouldn't be limited in what number they wear. The reason Marc Spector's number is the only one retired is because a) He was/is the backbone of the prolonged success of the team and b) The irl user passed away.
