The archetype switch of just subtracting or adding tpe based on the overall is incorrect. You have to use the base value of the attribute and use how much you've added to it and then add that to your new archetype base attribute.
Example.
All purpose back strength base is 55
Speed back strength base is 40
Your Strength you have maxed for all purpose @ 80. That is a total of 80 TPE spent to go from 55 to 80.
Your new starting speed back strength would be 40 (plus 80 TPE). Which would be a strength total 76. Your max strength is 70 so you would have 30 TPE to redistribute somewhere else.
You need to do this for every stat please and thank you.
I have processed the archetype switch as you have enough tpe banked to cover everything and since its and archetype switch you will not be moving more than the allowed tpe.
I verified your claims. So banked tpe is 129 + 12 = 141 TPE with the original all-purpose back build
