To answer this one I decided I'd take my own walk down memory lane and visit my own Season 17 draft class to pick a bust for this answer. When re visiting the draft class one thing I noticed which actually somewhat impressed me is that the entire first round managed to stay relatively active including 5 of us who are currently over 1000 TPE and a couple more getting damn close. I think it was clear to everyone heading into the draft that Ashley Owens was the consensus number 1 pick and as it sits now he currently has the fifth most TPE in the class ... does that make him a bust?I don't think so. To find a "bust" in this class I think you have to slide all the way to the second round. I'm going out and calling the entire S17 second rounds busts (except Action Jackson). First pick in the second round was Takeada Okura who has been somewhat active but has only managed to acquire 375 TPE to date. Willie Woodson came into that draft considered as the second best CB in the draft behind me and he got picked with the 4th pick second round...he is currently a free agent with 164 TPE. The list continues with more second rounds IAs such as Max Lovote , AC Payton, and Ducky Donuts. Needless to say there wasn't much depth in that class!
