Possibly, it's kind of hard to tell. This data isn't really conclusive. Again, use with your own risk.
Really though, what I'm doing is mashing together multiple variables of an unknown function in to a flat line that's riddled with high variance and randomness. Not the most accurate guess.
Also, maybe intelligence scales better when everyone has higher stats or some other weird scaling. Who knows.
