Note: Small error, once you hit 70 TPE it takes 5 TPE to upgrade your attributes by 1. Therefore +25 to tackling would give you 71 4/5. Since you had 3 in bank I went ahead and used 1 extra to get your tackling to 72 since you were aiming for 75, however the remaining 2 TPE will be in your bank.
