it seems like my build was applied wrong after my archetype switch

what was applied wrong is
endurance 70 instead of 60 -> as I applied TPE already, I'll subtract 20 TPE from my build. So 80 -> 76
pass blocking 20 instead of 10
run blocking 20 instead of 10

I'll fix those mistakes in this update accordingly.
