@Ballerstorm just so I know that I'm reading this correctly - is the RFA tag process:

1. GM tags player
2. Player hits market
3. Team #2 makes offer to player
4. GM can post in offer thread "actually we offer this"

or can the team tag the player after step 3?

1.GM tags player
2.Player hits market
3.Team #2 makes offer and player accepts it
4.GM can say "we choose to match this offer"

The player has to accept an offer and the team who tagged them has to match it.

I also just added this which could have been a pain if I forgot it

The team who tagged the player has 48 hours from the time the player accepts the offer to state that they are matching it.
