For this previous season that TE would have been voted as a TE (despite efforts to change it immediately). Next season that should not be the case, pending more rule shifts. The rule separating DL is also brand new this season.
It is inconsistent currently because it is a work in progress that is in transition, pending the passing of new rules to cover it.
So like I said....context. If you're interested in being helpful in the process make sure to let your GMs know you'd like to be an award rep.
