Pro bowl voting and hof voting should be a paid position that rewards careful consideration of stats as well as what ever other criteria is appropriate. Ballots should be public record too, so that obvious bias can be vetted.
I agree with you that voting results should be made public, but that won’t pass only because some people like to go and harass people based on how they vote which a lot of GMs do not want to deal with. I plan for as long as I am GM to be open and honest about my votes and if there are any issues to please direct your complaints to me either on here or on discord.
I did not vote for anything regarding NSFL as I wasn’t a part of GMing that year. When rules summit is announced, I will post how I voted on the thread. Personal bias is 100% involved when voting for Pro Bowls and award nominees/winners (Zamir and Ugarth being two key examples) and is something I want to stray away from during my tenure.
