I have audited your update thread to this point and found a few errors.
1. Your update on January 25th never had the TPE earned added to your total but your TPE was applied properly, meaning that your total is increased by 9 but your attributes remain unchanged.
2. Your update on March 7th had the improper link for PT-2. The proper link is here.
3. Your update on March 7th had an additional error. You claimed 57 TPE and then added the 5 TPE back to your spendable, but then ended up spending 63 instead of 62. This means one TPE should be subtracted from your build but your total TPE is unchanged.
You end up with a total of 402 and 1 banked. Your position change is valid, and the rest of your TPE has been applied.
