We're hiring 2 more graders, as you know. We implemented a new grading system which has sped up grading as I showed with the data in my post here: http://nsfl.jcink.net/index.php?showtopic=22686
Your frustrations were heard when you messaged me privately and they are heard here once again. But unless you can come up with some real solutions instead of complaining all I can really say is that we're doing our best.
Updates are great, the system has changed, I've said this, and given credit to the updates, but unfortunately, the updates have fallen on deaf ears.
You know you have an intensive workload, you know it needs to be done, you know it CAN be changed, but yet...here we are, looming on being ANOTHER month behind after having just been a month behind the previous grading cycle.
My issue is, its been 2 months IRL, literally, had I not written media, I wasn't going to be able to afford my training for the weeks that had passed, or any equipment, I would've lost key updating because of something out of my control.
The graders CAN grade more, but choose not to. I truly don't know if YOU have graded anything, but I don't see it. I see you APPROVING grades, but not actually providing grading (again, you could have and I may have missed it, idk lol, just saying).
All in all, the system is able to be improved, it is able to become more stable, but despite the updates, and 2 full irl months, it's just back to square one in my mind.
