This will be the rookie year in the NSFL for Heinrich Kackpoo with the Sarasota Sailfish. As expansion franchise in their second year Honolulu is clearly not done in building a team that would be in the mix for the title. There simply are too many holes to fill right now. So for this year the goal would be to improve steadily over the course of the season and of course improve the 4-9 record from last season where they finished last in their conference although having only the third worst record. The first goal would be to not finish last in the ASFC again. The second, and clearly the harder goal would be to even out the record and maybe go .500. With a bit of luck this could absolutely be possible.
With the quarterback Corvo Havran deeply in regression this will be one of his last seasons in the NSFL. The weight of the team lies heavily on him and his no. 1 Jed Podolak. The running back duo Ke?oke?o K?ne-Maika?i and Ruff Ruff also needs to step up. The performance of the leaders on the defense LB Mack Arianlacher and the DEs Jayson Kearse and Logan Noble Jr will also decide the outcome of the season.
As for Heinrich Kackpoo the season will be about growing into the team and developing to eventually take over more responsibilities in a otherwise very young team from top to bottom.
