Since population doesn't seem to play a factor in a cities viability as a NSFL location, I though about a Toledo, Ohio team.
The Toledo Wranglers. The Jeep Wrangler/Willys has been built in Toledo since WWII, and is an icon of the city. A prime location too as far as logistics goes, being where I75 and the Ohio Turnpike meet. Philly and Baltimore are less than 10 hours drive away.
