I will discuss about my team the Minnesota Grey Ducks! As of the current season, I believe we are situated to not only make a run for a playoff spot but also contend for the title this season. For starters, our defense is filled with rookies that appear to be breakout studs and/or huge contributing pieces to team success: Alejandro Chainbreaker, Woodrow Brooks, Rashad Hillard, and myself, Azarius Ranger. Based on the preseason games and our first real game in the DSFL, the four of us have shown that we are able to tackle effectively, are very speedy, and are able to create turnovers. However, out of the four of us, I feel that Chainbreaker is the most likely, at the current moment, to win defensive rookie of the year as he managed to get over 15 solo tackles in our first ever DSFL game, hinting at his huge defensive potential!
However, while this team has outstanding rookies so far, it wouldn't be fair to not highlight our veteran and experienced players on our team: Kai Sakura, Daymond Brooks, and Sim SnowBow. I believe that these veteran and experienced players will be able to lead us as a team to not only make the playoffs but also push us towards obtaining a championship!
