Yeah in the past we've found other weird "breakpoints" as well. One of them was 87 vs 88 arm iirc, I'd have to double check with spec on that. Another one was 98 vs 100 arm where 98 arm is better (assuming 90 int and acc as well). I think a lot has to do with the ratio between certain attributes.
