Welp, thanks to you, I decided to look into a bit more of a broader version of this, seeing which of the top players in each position, adding Phillips just cause i can, did each group leader have, should be up in about 24 hours time.
When the season is over, can definitely look more into Phillips and his impact. Whilst not the highest points earner, there is such a big difference between him and the other 1-2 decent fantasy TE's before it drops off a cliff. Other positions have many more options and less gaps between them, something i wish i saw before drafting.
