I'm going to be talking about the greatesr draft there ever was or ever will be. This draft had over 39 players total and about 2 dozen actives. Truly unprecedented numbers the likes of which we will most likely never see again except for ever season until the end of sim leagues. May that day never come. What truly made this draft special was the players selected first and fourth overall in the draft. Thats right. Kyle Idlewyld and Randy Vuxta. The two most beloved players in the entire league without argument. The first of the two dominates in the trenches and has finished top 2 in his positional awards voting every year of his career and is leading defensive line in tackles so far in the current year. The second is the super star stud wide receiver (and also new GM) of the Philadelphia Liberty. He hasn't won anything or even got any votes for awards but hey, we love him anyway. Wide receivers also tend to take longer to reach peak performance than Lineman and theres still an optimistic bright future for the quick man at the edge. There were also plenty of great players but everyone and their mama knows that they don't come close to matching up with Idlewyld and Vuxta.
