Since I myself am from Boston I think it'd be cool to get a franchise there. The NFL of course has a New England team, as does the SHL - you know, those two equally important and real leagues - but I'd be partial to a Boston team specifically. There is, of course, a ton of American history rooted there, but I don't tend to love those sorts of names. Silly names are always neat, like the Boston Baked Beans and the logo is just a sloppy mess of nasty looking baked beans standing against like 13 very legit other logos in the league haha. I'm kind of partial to that, but I don't actually like baked beans myself. In terms of wildlife there's not too many exciting things around the area. We do have a lot of cardinals, and Boston Cardinals sounds kind of nice (there's also a catholicism tie in if that's your jam) but I'd rather a unique name that doesn't appear in other leagues. All that said I think I'd settle for the Boston Bricks. It's alliterative, it's dumb, it's not used elsewhere (because it's dumb), and it'd require having an extremely strong defense. The color scheme, of course, would be centered around brick red, which is already somewhat used in this league but oh well.
