In this day and age, it only makes sense to factor covid into the decision making process when deciding where the next expansion franchise in the NSFL should be located. While case numbers seem to be going up and up every day, there remains one continent that stands above all the others. One continent that has such strong social distancing that they have yet to experience a single covid case! That continent of course is Antarctica! While you may be thinking that Antarctica is a little too cold, or maybe a little too remote to house a professional sports team. Well with sports being played without crowds for the near future, I figure it shouldn't be too expensive to build a dome that is just barely large enough to fit the football field and just about nothing else. Bleachers? Nah. Locker rooms? Nah, players can change at home or in their cars. Well now that we've indisputably determined the absolute best possible location for the NSFL's next expansion franchise, the final order of business is to decide on a name for the team. Now this was an easy one. There is a very noticeable lack of mosquitos in Antarctica, and I can’t think of a better way to remedy this than naming Antarctica’s next professional sports franchise after them. So there you have it, bar none the best name and location for a new NSFL franchise: The Antarctic Mosquitos.
