The north east region of the United States has zero representation in the NSFL and DSFL. There are currently zero teams in the New England area, which is my reasoning to add my expansion team, the Boston Armada. Massachusetts has a very storied history, and part of that storied history is in its seaports and sea craft construction. In world war 2, Massachusetts was one of the main hubs of construction of naval craft including transport ships, destroyers, and the battleship that shares the state's name. Just under 60 miles south of Boston, lies Fall River, where battleship cove lies. Inside of battleship cove rests the USS Massachusetts, USS Lionfish, a submarine, the USS Joseph P. Kennedy Jr. and a few other patrol ships. So the inspiration for a Massachusetts based team has been laid down. Massachusetts has always had a very storied history, and while many of the other teams around the league tackle Boston's patriotic or rebellious nature, I thought that it would be cool to take a look into the Naval production that Massachusetts is not really well known for. And as a Boston guy myself, I just couldn't think of any other place to put a new franchise. Well except for maybe the Nova Scotia Shit Hawks.
