(S23) - PT 4 - The Butterfly Effect

Daria Guava-Fresca has had many opportunities for playing and learning in this league. When she joined the Norfolk team, she found an immediate kinship with Adelie de Pengu. The two of them became incredibly close, and she has found that this friendship may help to define her time not only on the Norfolk team, but as a player in both the DSFL and the NSFL.

This friendship, however, became strained after recent allegations came to light regarding Bjorn Ironside. For those that are unaware, de Pengu is a close friend of Ironside, in fact, Ironside has taken it upon himself to train and continue de Pengu's career within the league. While Ironside and de Pengu are incredibly close, the allegations against Ironside caused a strain on the relationship between de Pengu and Guava-Fresca, particularly since Guava-Fresca was the one who initially created the allegations.

While it has not been easy to maintain a friendship when you feel that your friend's leader is taking advantage of them, de Pengu and Guava-Fresca have persisted in their relationship. In fact, at de Pengu’s insistence, Guava-Fresca has joined in a regular game of Dungeons and Dragons that is housed at Ironside’s home. With this newfound interaction with Ironside, Guava-Fresca has recognized that the giant defense tackle truly has de Pengu’s best interests at heart. He would do nothing to cause a rift within the Norfolk and NOLA families, and just wants what is best for them.

Allowing this to put her mind at ease, Guava-Fresca has decided to also benefit from a relationship with a NSFL giant.
