I think moving off of jcink is a mistake. Moving to something unfamiliar may cause people to leave en masse if it's not inherently intuitive.

A sim league doesn't need a flashy site/forum to operate, it needs a functional one that is easy to navigate which the jcink format does perfectly.

I disagree. One of the biggest barriers of entry is the forum. It's clunky, unappealing to the eye, and the information needed to get started is scattered. If we can make this more robust and streamlined we're going to see retention skyrocket.
